For any business trade transactions, the following regulatory documentation is required:
PTY Limited Requirements
If company registered prior to 1 May 2011:
- Certificate to commence business – CM46 or COR14.3
- If relevant – Name Change Certificate – CM9
- Proof of Operating Address for Company
- Directors ID and proof of residence
If company registered after 1 May 2011:
- Registration certificate and/or memorandum of Incorporation (MOI) – COR15.1
- Proof of Operating Address for Company
- Directors ID and proof of residence
CC Requirements
- CK Documents
- Members IDs and Utility bill
- Utility bill for the company
- SARS Doc reflecting Tax, VAT and import/export code
Individual Requirements
- Identity documents
- Utility bill
Once you’re registered, the process is simple:
Step 1
Call or email ForexPeople for an exchange rate which you then accept or reject.
Step 2
ForexPeople secures the rate at the bank & confirms with you via SMS & email.
Step 3
You transfer the required amount plus bank fees to the FX settlement account & email confirmation.
Step 4
Email the invoice, etc. & ForexPeople generates a BOP for approval.
Step 5
The bank matches the funds & the documents, then processes the conversion & sends onward transfer per instruction.
Step 6
ForexPeople supplies SWIFT if required.
